Vicenza Hotel Istanbul Old City

The location of Vicenza Hotel in Istanbul Old City stands out. Just a short walk to the metro and tram, getting around was super easy. Breakfast included a good variety, but I wish there were more gluten-free options for my dietary needs. The staff members were generally kind, particularly Emre, the manager who greeted us warmly every day. The room was mostly clean, but there were inconsistencies with the cleaning service. We ran low on toilet paper and the sheets weren't changed as often as I would have liked. On the downside, the bathroom could have used a more thorough cleaning upon check-in. The air conditioning wasn't effective. Wi-Fi was only available in public areas, a hassle. The small swimming pool was also a disappointment, as it was colder than expected and had limited space. Despite these issues, the central location and pleasant staff were good.

The location is ideal, just a short walk to public transport and attractions. The air conditioning struggled to keep up during hot nights.

This hotel is stunningly beautiful and absolutely great with absolutely perfect employees at the reception desk. The delicious and very very good breakfast offers affordable food: fruit and vegetable.

Check-in experience was lacking. Our room wasn't ready until half an hour after the official time, leaving us hot and thirsty. Key amenities like the swimming pool were unavailable due to maintenance, a disappointment given our expectations. Everyday cleaning was inconsistent, with instances of not restocking essentials like toilet paper and poor attention to cleanliness in some areas. The breakfast spread was basic and included some puzzling dishes that didn't quite fit, like boiled vegetables with your morning meal.

Relaxation after a day of exploring. I appreciated the friendly staff who were eager to assist. While the central location was a highlight, a few areas in the room could benefit from better cleaning.

The hotel is located in a prime spot, close to metro lines and major attractions. The breakfast was a highlight, with a good variety of dishes. Friendly staff, especially Hasan.

The room we stayed in felt a tad cramped for a family. Wi-Fi was spotty, mainly favoring public areas rather than the rooms, and the indoor pool was rather chilly .

The staff of the Vicenza hotel was extremely helpful, attentive, friendly and guest-oriented, location is more than great, very close to most historical places, and in very pleasant and nice street, roof swimming pool and spa aria with baths and swimming pool on the basement floor were also very luxurious and all Wellness procedures were given on an outstanding level. Thank you, we spent unbelievable and unforgettable time in Vicenza hotel!

Positive, The location was fantastic, just a short walk to public transport. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was super helpful. Breakfast offered a great variety of tasty dishes. The rooftop pool had an amazing view and was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing 😊

I loved everything! The hotel staff is very attentive.Great indoor pool jacuzzi and spa, restourant was also excelent. Quality of service and comfort of rooms. certainly I am gonna come back this hotel next time.
